Shipping, returns and refunds
How long does shipping take? +
Orders ship within one business day from the warehouse closest to your address. Standard shipping is typically 3 to 5 business days within Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the order is on its way.
What's your return policy? +
Returns are accepted only on factory-sealed bottles (both seals intact, never opened). If you purchased through Amazon, you can start the return through Amazon support. Once a bottle has been opened, we can't accept it back for product safety reasons. If a product you've already opened isn't the right fit, our 60-day first-order satisfaction policy has you covered for a full refund. See the next question for details.
What's your refund policy? +
We offer a 60-day first-order satisfaction policy. If you tried your first bottle of a product and it wasn't the right fit, for any reason, send us a message through our contact form with your order ID. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method (3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank).

Website +
How do I track my website order? +
- Your tracking number arrives by email the same day your order ships.
- You can also find it under Orders in your account page.
- If you don't see anything after 2 business days, check your spam folder.
- Still nothing? Send us a message through our contact form.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What now? +
- Check your spam or promotions folder. Confirmations sometimes land there.
- If it's still missing 30 minutes after placing the order, send us a message through our contact form with the email address you used at checkout.
- We'll resend the confirmation manually.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
We process most orders within the hour, so timing matters:
- Send us a message through our contact form right away.
- If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel or adjust it.
- If it's already on its way, get in touch once it arrives and we'll sort it out from there.
An item is missing from my package. What do I do? +
- Send us a message through our contact form with your order ID and a quick note about what's missing.
- We'll send the missing item at no cost to you.
My package was marked delivered, but I can't find it. Now what? +
Try these in order:
- Look for a delivery photo or notice in your tracking link.
- Walk through the usual drop-off spots: porch, mailbox, side door, building lobby, neighbour.
- Ask anyone else in your household.
- If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, send us a message through our contact form.
- We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement if it's genuinely lost.
Amazon +
How do I track my Amazon order? +
- Open Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- Find your order and select Track Package.
- Amazon shows the carrier, the latest scan, and the expected delivery date.
- Multi-item orders sometimes ship and arrive separately, with their own tracking.
My Amazon package is late. What should I do? +
- Give it 48 hours past the estimated delivery date in case of a carrier delay.
- If it still hasn't arrived, contact Amazon Customer Service (start a chat or request a call) within 30 days of the expected delivery date. They can pull up live tracking, escalate with the carrier, and arrange a refund or replacement if the package is lost.
- If Amazon can't sort it out, send us a message through our contact form with your Amazon order ID and we'll step in.
Amazon marked my package as delivered, but I can't find it. Now what? +
Most of the time the package is somewhere nearby and not actually lost. Try these in order:
- Look for a delivery photo or notice in your Amazon order details.
- Double-check the shipping address on the order.
- Walk through the usual drop-off spots: porch, mailbox, side door, building lobby, neighbour.
- Ask anyone else in your household.
- If it still hasn't surfaced, contact Amazon Customer Service (start a chat or request a call). They have live carrier data and can arrange a refund or replacement if the package is genuinely lost.

How do I generate an invoice for my Amazon order? +
- From your Amazon account, open Your Orders.
- Find the order and click "Invoice" under the order number.
- Select "Printable Order Summary" and use your browser's print function.
Subscription
Do you offer subscriptions on your website? +
Not yet. We're working on adding a subscribe option directly on kashanutrition.com. We'll update the site as soon as it's live, so keep an eye out. In the meantime, you can use Amazon's Subscribe & Save (see the next question).
How does Subscribe & Save work on Amazon? +
Subscribe & Save is Amazon's auto-delivery program. Here's how it works:
- Open a Kasha product page on Amazon and select "Subscribe & Save."
- Pick your quantity and delivery schedule.
- Amazon emails you a reminder before each delivery, showing the upcoming price and discount.
- The discount rises to 15% on every item when you receive 5 or more subscription products in one auto-delivery to one address.
- Skip, change, or cancel anytime from your Amazon account.
How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription? +
Because we fulfill through Amazon's network, Amazon doesn't give us access to manage or cancel customer subscriptions on our end. You can cancel directly from your Amazon account:
- Open Subscribe & Save Manager in your Amazon account.
- Find the Kasha subscription you want to cancel.
- Select "Manage subscription" and then "Cancel subscription."
Product safety & NPN
What's an NPN? +
A Natural Product Number (NPN) is the eight-digit licence issued for natural health products approved for sale in Canada, based on a review of the available scientific literature behind its claims, dose, and ingredients. Every Kasha product carries an NPN, printed on the label and on its product guide, and you can look up any NPN in Health Canada's Licensed Natural Health Products Database.
Are you a Canadian company? +
Yes. Kasha Nutrition is a small Canadian business based in Vancouver, BC. Our products are formulated and manufactured in Canada in GMP-certified facilities, and each one is licensed by Health Canada with its own NPN.
Are your products third-party tested? +
Yes. Every batch is independently tested for microbiology and heavy metals at an ISO-accredited lab, on top of our in-house quality checks. Every product carries an NPN, which you can look up on the public NPN registry.
Are your products approved by Health Canada? +
Yes. Health Canada licenses every Kasha product for sale in Canada, and each one carries its own NPN. The licence covers the formula's safety and labelled use. You can verify any of our NPNs in Health Canada's Licensed Natural Health Products Database.
Can I see the test results for my specific bottle? +
Yes. Find the lot number on the bottom of the bottle (or the side) and email it to info@kashanutrition.com along with your order ID. We'll send the third-party test report for that batch.
Safety & use
Can I take Kasha if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? +
Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should consult a healthcare practitioner before using any natural health product. In addition, some Kasha products carry specific pregnancy or breastfeeding warnings on their licence. Check the label or the product guide before starting anything new.
Can I take Kasha if I'm on medication or have a health condition? +
We always recommend talking to your healthcare provider first. They know your situation, your medications, and what's right for you. Every Kasha product is NPN licenced, with cautions and contraindications listed on the label for any condition that warrants extra care.
Product use
How long until I notice a difference? +
Every body is different, so timelines vary. Two people can take the same product at the same dose and have very different experiences. Your starting point plays a role too: diet, sleep, stress, activity level. Follow the directions on the label, take it consistently, and your healthcare provider can help you make sense of how it's going over time.
Can I take more than one Kasha supplement together? +
We always recommend talking to your healthcare provider before combining supplements, especially if you take prescription medication or have a health condition. Once you've got the green light, we suggest introducing one product at a time so you can see how your body responds before adding the next.
How do I store my Kasha products? +
A cool, dry place out of direct sunlight is all you need. The label has any product-specific notes.
What's the shelf life? +
Each bottle is labelled with an expiry date. Most Kasha products have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date.
Ingredients & allergens
Are Kasha products vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO? +
Each product guide notes its specific allergen and dietary status. The majority of our line is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan.
Do you use proprietary blends? +
No. Every active ingredient is listed by name and dose. You know exactly what's in every capsule.
Where can I see the full ingredient list for a specific product? +
On its product guide (or its Amazon listing). We list every medicinal ingredient by name and dose, cross-referenced to its NPN. Non-medicinal ingredients are listed by name.
Why a specific form of an ingredient? +
When picking an ingredient form, we look at three things: standardization, purity, and processing method. Herbs are standardized to their active constituents, so the active dose stays consistent batch to batch. We use high-purity inputs (for example, 99% β-NMN, magnesium bisglycinate, purified shilajit standardized to 50% fulvic acid). Processing methods are chosen to minimize degradation and unnecessary fillers.
