How long until I notice a difference? +
Most Kasha formulas are taken daily and assessed over 4–8 weeks — the timeframe most clinical studies on the relevant ingredients use. Sleep formulas may show effects within the first week; antioxidant and glucose-support formulas are evaluated over longer windows.
Can I take multiple Kasha products together? +
