60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Kasha formula with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice.
No need to ship the product back
For hygiene and safety reasons, and because supplements cannot be safely re-shelved once they leave our facility, we don't accept physical returns. You can keep the product (use it, gift it, or dispose of it responsibly — we'll never ask you to ship it back).
How to request a refund or replacement
Email info@kashanutrition.com within 60 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A short note on what didn't work for you
We typically reply within one business day. Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Replacements ship from our Vancouver warehouse the next business day.
Damaged, defective, or wrong product
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything's damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@kashanutrition.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions, no return required.
Exceptions
Gift cards, sale items, and bulk/wholesale orders are non-refundable. Subscription orders are covered by the 60-day guarantee on each individual delivery — not on past deliveries. Promotional bundles must be evaluated as a whole bundle (you can't refund one item from a multi-product bundle).
Subscription cancellations
You can skip, pause, swap or cancel a subscription anytime from your account — two clicks, no email required. Subscription cancellations are not refunds; they stop future shipments. If you'd like a refund on a recent subscription shipment in addition to cancelling, follow the satisfaction-guarantee process above.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. As elsewhere, no physical return is required — email info@kashanutrition.com with your order number to cancel within the 14-day window.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the issue was caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong product). Where a replacement is issued, we cover the replacement shipping.
Refund timing
Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to clear the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen it, please contact us at info@kashanutrition.com.
