What does this formula do?
The NPN licenses this formula to help support emotional aspects of sexual health. That is the one use Health Canada has licensed it for, and the only one we describe.
Who is it for, and who should check first?
Adults 18 and older. Ask a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take antidepressants or digoxin, have high blood pressure or diabetes, or have a psychological disorder or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Some people get insomnia, anxiety or headaches; if so, stop use. Facility handles milk by-products and nuts. Keep out of reach of children.
Can I take it with my medication?
Do not use it if you take health products that affect blood coagulation, such as blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, ASA (acetylsalicylic acid), ibuprofen, fish oils or vitamin E. Together they may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. For any other medication, please check with your healthcare provider first.
Can I stack it with other Kasha supplements?
Don't combine it with fish oil, vitamin E or any other product that affects blood coagulation (see above). Several Kasha formulas also contain ashwagandha or Ginkgo, so check with your healthcare provider before stacking, then add one product at a time.

Why is the serving 2 capsules?
The licensed dose is 2 capsules once a day. Each capsule holds the same blend, so a serving is double the per-capsule amounts on the label, and a 120-capsule bottle lasts 60 days.
