Why D3 and K2 together?
D3 and K2 are commonly paired in nutritional formulations. The combination is licensed by Health Canada for bone development and maintenance, calcium and phosphorus absorption, immune function support, and prevention of vitamin D and K deficiency.
Why the MK-7 form of K2?
MK-7 has the longest half-life of available K2 forms. One daily dose covers the day. The MK-7 in this formula comes from natto (a traditional Japanese fermented soybean).
Is it for adults?
Yes, the licensed dose is for adults 19+.
Can I take it with my medication?
Talk to your healthcare provider first, especially if you take blood thinners. This is the only caution listed on the NPN licence.
Allergen note
This product contains soy. The K2 (MK-7) is fermented from natto (soybeans). If you have a soy allergy, please don't take this product.
Can I stack it with other Kasha supplements?
