What's the difference between elemental magnesium and the form?
Elemental magnesium is what your body uses. The form (bisglycinate, oxide, citrate, etc.) is what the magnesium is bound to before your body breaks it down. Our label shows 200 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule.
Can I take more than 2 capsules a day?
The NPN-licensed dose is 1 capsule twice daily, for 400 mg of elemental magnesium per day. For higher doses, talk with your healthcare provider.
Can I take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
