What is BHB?
Beta-hydroxybutyrate. The primary ketone the body produces during fasting or carbohydrate restriction. Exogenous BHB salts provide the molecule directly. Intended for adults already following a ketogenic or low-carbohydrate routine.
Will this put me into ketosis?
On its own, no. Reaching ketosis requires dietary changes (very low carb intake) over a sustained period. BHB salts supplement that process. They do not replace it.
Is it for men and women?
Yes, all adults 19 years and older.
Can I take it with my medication?
