What does this formula do?
Health Canada licenses it to help maintain normal blood glucose levels and to provide support for healthy glucose metabolism. The four ingredients (berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, chromium, and piperine from black pepper) have each been studied for their role in glucose metabolism.
Is it for adults?
Yes, the licensed dose is for adults 19+. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I take it if I have diabetes?
Please check with your healthcare provider first. Diabetes is flagged in the cautions, and your provider can advise on how it fits alongside any medication you take.
Can I take it with my medication?
Talk to your healthcare provider first. Berberine may alter the metabolism of many drugs, and black pepper / piperine may alter the effectiveness of other medications and natural health products.
